Eidon Tracker
Wearable IMU arm tracker
Hardware Engineer - Eidon AI
Designed and shipped an IMU-based wearable arm tracker using nRF52 + BNO085 IMUs for capturing human motion data. The device streams real-time orientation and position data over BLE.
Developed quaternion-to-anatomical-joint-angle math for shoulder, elbow, and wrist tracking with calibration flows. Built the sensor fusion pipeline that converts raw IMU data into meaningful motion capture.
Shipped 50 tracker units to beta testers with synchronized BLE sensor + phone video capture. Built iOS and Android native apps for BLE streaming, video capture, timestamp alignment, and cloud upload.
Created a web visualization pipeline to replay video alongside synchronized IMU pose data. Custom PCB design, 3D-printed enclosure, and production-ready firmware.
