Built a profitable niche retro gaming hardware brand with 10,000+ followers and recurring monthly revenue. Designed, manufactured, and shipped thousands of custom controller adapters for legacy consoles.

Reverse-engineered highly obscure gaming protocols, including the VM Labs NUON (previously undocumented). Created USBRetro (now JoypadOS), an open-source firmware ecosystem enabling universal USB controller to retro console adapters.

Designed multiple PCB revisions in KiCad, 3D-printed and injection-molded enclosures in Fusion 360, assembly jigs, and production workflows for high-volume builds. Full end-to-end product development from design to fulfillment.
